On September 11th 2001, 2977 American citizens died in the most horrible event since the Pearl Harbour attack in 1941. The entire nation was shut down. The day the earth stood still. The American people witnessed on live TV fellow members of this society being forced to jump, in order to escape the fires, in the World Trade center skyscraper, from elevated stories. Take a moment and think. What must it have been like to make a decision to jump out of a window to one's death? Which one of us could ever forget that moment?
Building 7 collapsed in its own footprint, and it had never been hit by a plane. Building 7 housed the US Secret Service, the US Central Intelligence Agency, and the US Department of Defense.
Now, we see the alleged mastermind of this mass casualty event has been hidden in a military base for 17 years. For 17 years Khalid Sheik Mohammed has been locked away on a military base, which is on an island (Cuba). A military base which is being guarded by communist loyal to Fedel Castol and company. The Federal government has prohibited American citizens from visiting Cuba unless that American citizen just happens to be Cuban or applies for a license and registers contact information with the Federal Government. No going to Cuba and hanging out on the beach (31 CFR 515.560). Well! isn’t that convenient. Why are trial courts being held in Cuba by Military commanders? A normal person would surmise the trial courts should be held in Federal courts of the Continental United states or at the Peace Palace in The Hague (Netherlands). The Judge in this case is Air Force Col. Matthew McCall. Understand, a man who is supposed to be presumed innocent has been sitting in a prison for 17 years. That my friend is being convicted without trial. What kind of Judge would allow a case to linger for 17 years without a trial? A plea bargain is a way to reach a criminal conviction without a trial, however, in this case a 17 year term in prison is a conviction without a plea bargain and without a public trial .
According to Terry Strada, of 9/11 United, who is a 9/11 victim the plea bargain agreement provides for the mastermind of the 9/11 event, which killed over 3000 people, to remain in Cuba. A place you're not allowed to go. According to Terry Strada, the Cuban prison facility located inside the US Military base at Guantanamo Bay is a country club. The 9/11 mastermind eats steak and watches movies in his own private theater. He gets to exercise and play golf. Wow! sounds like torture. Not!
The alleged mastermind who conspired to bring down unoccupied building 7 was offered a plea deal by the US Military. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's Defense Department under the Biden administration negotiated and approved the plea deal. The defense for Mr. Mohammed claims the government accepted the deal and it is in place. The deal is done. Suddenly, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin claims he has retracted the deal. He claims only he, the Defense Secretary, had the right to approve the deal. Did he not know the deal was being negotiated before it was agreed to? The Military Judge in this case and a military review panel ruled against the elected Secretary of Defense. They claim the plea deal stands. What are they trying to hide? and now the Biden administration pretends after the fact to actually be concerned.
Presently the deal has reached the Federal court of appeals. The Biden administration has rejected the plea bargain negotiated for the American people by the US Military under his administration. The Biden administration has tasked the US Department of Justice to reject the plea deal.
Why is the trial of Khalid Sheik Mohammed still not going to trial? The case has been in pre-trial for over 17 years. What judge would allow a trial to linger for 17 years? Why isn’t it in Federal court? Why is the US Military afraid of a public trial?
What we are witnessing is a mascarade of Justice. A purposeful manipulation of Law and Order to obfuscate complicity in one of the biggest crimes in human history. How else could some explain how a man could remain in prison for over 17 years without trial?

U.S. Army soldier: In charge? I don't know, I'm just doing what I'm told.
