Moscow, Idaho Was Kohberger framed

At 1122 Kings Road Moscow, Idaho a gruesome murder took place, by stabbing, many months ago that rocked the nation. Three college girls, attending the University of Idaho, and a young man, who was visiting his college girl friend, in her college home, in the early morning hours of November the 13th, 2022 were brutally murdered. A 28 year old man named Bryan Christopher Kohberger, who is also a college student at a neighboring college just across the Idaho/Washington border, Washington State University, has been fingered as the murderer. Bryan, who is now being refereed to by his sir name, Kohberger, was a criminal justice student working on his Doctoral degree at the neighboring college to the one attended by the victims. The college Mr. Kohberger attended was Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. He is a native of the State of Pennsylvanian, which is where he was arrested by policing agencies after a college return trip back home with his father, who had flown out to meet Kohberger, whose name is Michael Kohberger Jr. Both of Kohberger's parents worked for the local school district in non teaching capacities. Both Parents are registered Democrats, and in Idaho, where the victims are murdered, is a very Republican state. The Kohbergers are catholic, and in Idaho there is a large fundamentalist Christian population (protestant), especially in Moscow, Idaho were the murders took place. Kohberger had suffered from drug(heroin) addiction during his high school years according to testimony by several former classmates. He is alleged to have kicked the habit. Be advised Heroin is a schedule one narcotic on the DEA control substance list. Kohberger was a 28 year old man on his first adventure away from home.

Many questions remain about the King Road Killings. On August 22nd 2022 classes began for the fall semester at Washington State University. However, Kohberger arrives in June of 2022. Thus, within three and one half months, Kohberger is alleged to have driven by the Kings road resident at least 12 times which is based on surveillance footage and cell phone data collected by AT&T. That is, Kohberger drove by and to the home of the victims on average of once every two weeks from the time he arrived at Washington State until the murders took place. He is alleged to have hunted down three perfect strangers, at a college in another state, and killed all four of them, with a basic 7 inch Ka-Bar Knife he had bought many many months before going to Washington State for his PHD schooling, while he was still in Pennsylvania on Amazon.com. Understand he is alleged to have bought the murder weapon before arriving in Washington State. He is alleged to have killed all four people in 16 minutes. The alleged killer didn't just stab them one time each. The alleged killer stabbed each one several times with a great deal of passion without cutting himself with the unguarded hunting knife. The USMC K-Bar knife has a very small hilt and requires a strong grip. Bryan Kohberger was not found to have cuts on his hands or body from the knife or finger nail scratch woulds from the victims, nor was blood ever found on Kohberger himself. Since Kohberger wasn't bleeding himself, his blood is not at the murder scene. Let's just say at this juncture, Kohbergers blood has not been reported to have been found at the crime scene. Was Kohberger at the Kings road resident on 13 November 2022? Could Kohberger, a former drug user, have been visiting someone else coincidentally on the same night of the murders which would also account for his vehicle being scene in the area 12 times prior to the time of the murders? Or maybe as Anne Taylor, the defense counsel, has implied, the motor vehicles the prosecution claims to be Mr. Kohbergers in the neighborhood spy cameras are not Mr. Kohbergers.

DNA is not like a finger print or blood splatter evidence. DNA can be taken from the accused and placed at the scene of the crime. In addition, DNA can be transferred by way of secondary transfer. For example, If person A shakes person B's hand, the DNA from person A is transferred to the hand of person B. Now, if person B touches an object, for example a knife sheave buckle, the DNA of person A on person B's hand is transferred to the knife sheave buckle even though person A never touched the knife sheave buckle. This is known as secondary transfer. [1] According to the the probable cause affidavit, the police found a sheave on the bed next to the first two victims, but the police never found a murder weapon. Can we confirm, beyond a shadow of doubt, that the sheave that was found on the bed was the same sheave that held the knife used in the crime?
